Order Processing

Orders for non-Printify products are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

All orders must be verified and payment must be successfully processed before shipment can occur.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Estimated delivery times: 3-7 business days for U.S. addresses.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen events.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. All shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders as indicated during promotional periods.

Carriers

We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier is selected based on best available rates and service to your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping is available for U.S. addresses only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Delivery Issues

Damaged or Lost Items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@faithandfairwaysgolfco.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Delivery Delays:
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, Faith & Fairways is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing (if applicable)
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Failed Delivery Attempts:
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Faith & Fairways are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
