Our Story

Hi, we’re Stephen and Christian Hailey — the husband-and-wife team behind Faith & Fairways Golf Co.

For us, golf has become about so much more than a scorecard.

It’s time together. It’s friendships formed on the fairway. It’s learning patience, giving yourself grace, and slowing down long enough to notice the goodness of God all around you.

Faith & Fairways began with Stephen’s love for golf and a desire to create apparel that reflected something deeper than the game itself. But as the brand grew, so did our vision for what it could be.

Together, we saw an opportunity to create a community where faith, golf, and genuine connection come together — and where women, men, beginners, and longtime golfers alike feel like there’s a place for them.

For Christian especially, that has meant helping more women discover golf without feeling like they have to already know the rules, have the perfect swing, or fit the traditional image of a “golfer.” You can learn. You can laugh at the bad shots. You can celebrate the good ones. And you can find some pretty incredible friendships along the way.

That heart now shapes everything we do at Faith & Fairways — from the products we create to the experiences and community we’re building.

We want our apparel and golf essentials to be more than something you wear or carry on the course. We want them to spark conversations, encourage others, and serve as simple reminders of Who we play for and Who we belong to.
